Tomorrow evening AOK will host a Mindfulness Workshop led by Laurie Cameron. The workshop will be held at Independent Sector at 1602 L St NW. The Mindfulness Workshop is one of many workshop opportunities that we have coming up this fall. The workshop will walk attendees through a series of exercises in mindfulness. Mindfulness is an important practice to exercise, particularly in sustaining personal wellness and reducing stress and anxiety.
